‘Neo City – The Link’ in Jakarta was canceled midway due to disturbance, and NCT 127’s Indonesian concert organiser apologized.
On November 4, crowd shoving at NCT 127’s Jakarta debut caused over 30 audience members to faint. Uncontrollable circumstances ended the show early.
On November 5, DyandraGlobal Edutainment, NCT 127’s Indonesian tour promoter, said,

“We’d like to update you on NCT 127’s ‘Neo City : Jakarta – The Link’ show’s sudden ending on November 4 and the second show on November 5.
Before yesterday’s event, the agency announced their best efforts to ensure order. Despite these efforts, unruly conduct by certain audience members in the standing area ended the event early out of safety concerns.
Thankfully, no injuries were recorded, but the show was paused due to concerns over crowd safety.
Apologies to those who couldn’t finish NCT 127’s show. We apologize to NCT 127 and SM Entertainment for our concert mismanagement.
To ensure audience safety, the November 5 event will have more medical staff and standing section security.
To ensure safety, the agency will work with Jakarta Police.
Finally, concertgoers should behave responsibly.
Thanks.”
