Yoo Ah At’s Side Disputes That He Was In Itaewon The Night Of The Crowd Surge.

On November 1, Yoo Ah In’s side sent out a statement to refute claims that he was in Itaewon the night of the crowd surge catastrophe.

Yoo Ah In left Korea on October 29 and is currently abroad, according to the actor’s agent, putting an end to any rumors that he would be in Itaewon later that day.

In the past, different rumors about well-known celebrities and influencers showing up in Itaewon on the evening of October 29 caused crowds to move in several directions. These rumors were spread via online communities.

Similar rumors have also ensnared a number of other SNS influencers, prompting them to defend their stances.

As of November 1, 156 people have died, according to Seoul police, when a seriously injured lady in her twenties passed away in the hospital. There are currently 55 men and 101 women confirmed as victims of the disaster.

Up until November 5, South Korea will observe a time of national mourning.
